  • Photo 2 (recommended): a photo of your affected hand bent.Show the finger or palm in a bent position so we can assess whether joint movement is limited.

Tip: even lighting and a shot from directly above are all you need. Photos are compressed automatically when you upload, so just upload the originals — and if it's inconvenient to take them, you can skip them.
